After the initial screening of documents, there will be the first interview, the second interview, and the final interview. The first interview is conducted by the manager of your desired department, the second interview by the department head, and the final interview by an executive. Additionally, an aptitude test will be conducted between the first and second interviews.
Generally, please check the information on our website and apply to one department. If you are suitable for positions in different divisions, our HR team will assess this and guide you accordingly.
If you are applying for the same internship position as last time, you will need to wait until six months have passed since your last application. If it is a full-time position, one year must have passed since your last application for the same position. However, if you would like to apply for a different position, you can do so at any time.
Candidates located overseas can also participate in the selection process. However, the selection times will be based on Japan time, from 9 AM to 7 PM.

There is a 3-month probation period during which you will undergo onboarding.
We conduct evaluations twice a year, which determine salary increases. There are no bonuses. The speed of salary increases depends on individual performance, but many employees receive an increase of one rank (500,000 yen) per year, with some cases of up to four ranks.
While there are some cases, transfers are generally not anticipated.

Projects typically span 1 to 5 years, reflecting a long-term scope. Contracts are often renewed every 3 months, with corresponding outputs expected.
