Why did you choose e-solutions?
From my experience in local government, I felt that solving complex social issues solely through administrative efforts was challenging, and I saw potential in addressing these issues from the business side.
Additionally, e-solutions’ role as a business producer, involving various players like national and local governments, companies, and universities, and leading overall optimal design, was particularly appealing.
What kind of work do you handle, and when do you feel a sense of accomplishment?
Projects are advanced through close collaboration between industry (companies), government (administration), and academia (universities). e-solutions facilitates these efforts, seeking an optimal design that benefits all parties involved.
Initially, it was challenging to manage this broad perspective, but I find it highly rewarding when a hypothesis I develop helps advance the project.
What have you grown and what skills have you acquired at e-solutions?
I have developed the necessary attitudes and approaches to “mobilize people” from various positions. Solving social issues requires gaining the support of top officials from central ministries, local government leaders, and executives from major and influential local companies.
Being a catalyst across diverse stakeholders and advancing initiatives is an essential skill for a business producer.
