Issue
Strategy formulation and implementation support for the "Measles Elimination Campaign."
In 2007, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) formulated the “Measles Elimination Plan,” aiming to achieve a 95% measles antibody retention rate among the Japanese population. Starting in 2008, efforts were made to raise public awareness and provide measles vaccination opportunities for first-year junior high school students and third-year high school students.
Approach
Strategy formulation for the "Measles Elimination Campaign."
e-solutions supported the strategy formulation for the “Measles Elimination Campaign” under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s scientific research grant.
We proposed strategies to “engage private companies” by leveraging the principles of the “Team Minus 6%” initiative. Additionally, we developed and planned a unified logo, campaign implementation measures, and an execution plan to ensure synchronized messaging with participating companies.
