Why did you choose e-solutions?
I was attracted to e-solutions for higher responsibility jobs and quick decision-making processes, which are not typically found in large corporations.
The opportunity to take on significant roles and have my ideas and opinions directly impact the business made this environment ideal for my career and personal growth.
What kind of work do you handle, and when do you feel a sense of accomplishment?
Currently, I am promoting a project related to the spread of EV charging infrastructure.
The stakeholders and industries involved in social infrastructure formation are vastly different from my previous work, spanning government ministries, academic institutions, and more.
Leading large-scale projects as a “CSV (Creating Shared Value) catalyst” is stimulating and provides a significant is stimulating and challenging rewarding to me.
How have you grown and what skills have you acquired at e-solutions?
My experience at the company has improved my “expressive abilities.”
While in manufacturing, payment is made for products, at e-solutions, payment is made for deliverables.
Since deliverables are directly linked to our company’s quality and trust, I have developed the ability to structure and articulate complex situations clearly, aided by the advice of my colleagues.
