Issue
The deterioration of factories,
key drivers of employment generation
In regional areas, factories play a vital role in job creation and stimulating local consumption. Yet, due to the continuous population decline, many factories face challenges in securing a workforce, remain isolated from advanced technologies, or suffer from weak community integration, hindering their ability to reach their full potential.
Approach
Not just on an individual level, but improving and shaping the community and society itself.
Based on successful examples worldwide and insights from experts in Japan, we are formulating a framework outlining the ideal nature of factories. Linked to this framework, we are developing a range of solution menus. By adapting these menus to the unique circumstances of each factory, we aim to empower factory operators to select the solutions most appropriate to their needs.
