Approach

Promoting "regional relocation" through the development of attractive "corporate housing."

e-solutions has developed a model to encourage “regional relocation” from urban centers by focusing on the demand for rental housing in regional cities. Notably, approximately 30% of relocations are due to corporate reasons. By providing appealing “company housing” as part of employee benefits, the model targets companies with regional offices, aiming to attract employees currently living in urban areas or potential new hires.
