Three-Month Onboarding Plan

  • Our original "Onboarding Plan" helps new employees catch up quickly within the first three months.

E-Learning Based on Past Achievements

  • You can study e-learning courses on "ESG," "SDGs," and "CSV" – areas we've been working on for over 20 years – and important frameworks for business production at your own pace.

Support Through OJT

  • Shortly after joining, you'll participate in actual projects to gain practical experience, understand the team dynamics, and feel the atmosphere of the workplace.
  • You’ll create a daily action plan to support your project participation and receive specific feedback from your supervisor, clarifying your role and improving your work.

  • To appropriately assess each employee's efforts, we conduct "biannual" performance evaluations.
  • To encourage ongoing self-awareness of your growth, you will reflect on your work and perform "self-evaluations" monthly. Your supervisor will provide feedback on "project contributions" and "insights for future growth."
